Back in 2006 I began writing a book detailing my experiences and how I'd got to be in the place I was at, which in all fairness wasn''t a great place.
However, in 2011, after putting my pen down for a few years and actually doing something about my issues, I went back to the book and made steady progress with it.
To be honest the book turned out to only contain 20+ pages, as I felt that I'd really covered all I needed to within that short space in time. Along with the blogs and videos that I was putting out on youtube. I made really good progress using the exact same method described in the now eBook.

I really wanted to be able to get the message across as to how I'd made the progress that I did, I admit that it did take me years of struggling, and much money in seeking out alternative therapies and treatments. But when all is said and done, the only thing that truly helped me, was using the steps written in the eBook above.
The reason that I'm back on the site now, is due to the fact that I have come to the conclusion that anxiety will always be a part of my life, therefore I can never learn enough or stop trying to learn to live with it. But more importantly, knowing how many people have commented to me about my previous videos and how they inspired them to try to get recovery in action, it really is worth just trying to help others that are in the dark place that I once was.
